I personally handle or oversee every job, using specialized equipment like heavy-duty piano dollies, protective blankets/padding, secure straps, and professional transport to prevent any damage to your instrument’s finish, internals, or tuning. Your piano is treated with the utmost care from start to finish—I’ve got you covered.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we are fully insured for your peace of mind. The Piano Viking carries $50,000 in comprehensive coverage for every piano move we handle. This means your piano is protected up to its full value on the day of the move (up to the $50,000 limit).

If your piano is valued higher than $50,000—such as a rare grand, vintage Steinway, or high-end custom instrument—we can arrange additional insurance to provide full coverage for your specific relocation. We’ll handle the process and coordinate the extra policy on your behalf; any additional premium cost would be your responsibility and is typically very reasonable for the added protection.
